We advise founders, family-run businesses, and growing divisions of large businesses on structuring businesses, raising capital, business strategy and building lasting market presence. With a sharp focus on India’s MSME sector, we bring deep experience across industries on the two things this sector requires the most — end-to-end fundraising and building market presence.
Over the past eight years, we have advised over 25 marquee clients across a wide spectrum of industries with over 14 mandates totalling USD 902 million. We have built deep relationships that span generations with promoters and senior management of some of the largest business houses in the South.
Leadership
Vasu has over three decades of leadership experience across retail, capital advisory, and strategic finance. He held senior roles at Titan Industries, Arthur Andersen, and was the Managing Director of Tata Infrastructure Finance, a subsidiary of Tata Capital, and co-founded ventures in Technology and Financial services. Today, he leads the business with a team of associates located across Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

We raise capital
Over the years, our practice has built strong relationships across the financial sector. Our focus is on giving small businesses and smaller divisions of larger firms access to equity and debt solutions from both formal and informal institutions. We specialize in education, hospitality, consumer, retail, distribution and manufacturing, typically handling deals between USD 1-25 million. Our work spans end-to-end capital raising and non-fund banking services such as SBLCs, factoring and trade finance.

We make markets
We help businesses access markets across specific industries allowing for the business to scale in a very short period of time and at a fraction of the cost it would otherwise cost to establish a sales and marketing organization. This is done through our network of the best retailers, multi-product chains and distribution houses across India.

A large manufacturing client engaged us to advise & implement a complex international debt swap & non-fund based facilities worth $650M — far beyond our typical mandate size. Leveraging our deep relationships across RF, GCC, MENA, and even in the World Bank, we crafted routes rarely undertaken. The project remains in progress with significant milestones achieved.
A South Indian family office engaged us in 2020 to replace high-cost INR debt with USD debt. In 2023, we advised a $35M PE infusion into their consumer business.
The following year, we arranged $12M in debt for their diversified ventures and a $120M non-fund-based facility for their commodity trading arm—delivering multi-year, multi-solution advisory.
We structured $22M in credit and convertible equity financing for a leading Bangalore-based education institution, enabling expansion of an innovative learning model with backing from a major NBFC and a US Education Fund. In 2022, we strengthened their capital structure by swapping high-cost debt and securing an additional $5M from another NBFC.
